CHALLENGEThere have been some questions about the 21 Day “Today is your Tomorrow” challenge so I would like to clarify and answer them.

This challenge is an experiment of mine.  I want to share my passion for fitness, virtually and I thought this would be an excellent way to do so.  Last week I posted the first 3 videos explaining the exercises for Day 1, Day 3 and Day 5.  This week, I am updating the page and sending out Day 8, Day 10 and Day 12 and have included some words of encouragement to each and every one of you that have began the 21 Day challenge.

The challenge was designed to help you create a habit, since habits are formed in 21 days!  I am asking for feedback from the videos.  Is it working?  Were the exercises explained and demonstrated to your understanding?  What else would you like to see in the videos?

I hope that you have found the “Today is your tomorrow — Part 3” post worthwhile and that it has truly helped you begin your fitness journey.
